This webinar is dedicated to exploring effective approach and strategies for promoting innovation amongst the current and next generation of the workforce. It is designed to discuss effective ways of empowering the current workforce as well as the youth that will be joining the ranks of workers, with a view to ensure both existing and future employees maintain a productive career and enhance personal and societal success and prosperity.

About the Speaker

Dr Sawsan Khuri FHEA FRSA, is a scientist and entrepreneur, with a personal mission to create synergies and empower the young. She runs two businesses, Collaborative Capacities focused on facilitation and enhancing collaborative innovation, and Volt Entrepreneurs Limited which powers entrepreneurship in young people.

Sawsan has spent over 20 years in stakeholder engagement, working with research organisations, businesses and the third sector. She maintains an affiliation with Exeter University’s medical school, and was recently featured in EXIST, Exeter Chamber’s magazine dedicated to STEM business ventures around the South West.
