This seminar was the inaugural meeting of the Systemic Innovation Special interest group (SISIG) of the IEEE UK and Ireland and was jointly sponsored by the Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University.

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Reading has a PhD Opportunity in Deep Learning and Image Analysis and is inviting applicants for the post. The project is multi-disciplinary research involving an excellent team of supervisors with the necessary background in machine learning, hydrology, observation systems, and data assimilation to successfully advise and guide the student throughout the project.
